ADDENDUM 1serves to make changes to SEC. 2.03 Contract Funding in the ITB.

PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW) is soliciting bids for as needed Portable Toilet Rental, Pumping, and Cleaning Services in the Kasilof River Special Use Area (KARSUA) to support the Kasilof River personal use fisheries.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

• Bidder must be a licensed, insured, and bonded portable toilet service provider.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS: Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on Tuesday, May 09, 2023.
