INVITATION TO BIDDERS

The State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, subject to the provisions of AS 41.21.020 will receive sealed bids for

AMATS: Potter Marsh Improvements, Project No. 94150-1/TA18008/CFHWY00603 in Anchorage, Alaska.

Work includes:

This project expands the parking area, improves drainage, and pedestrian facilities at the Potter Marsh South parking facility, located at the intersection of Potter Valley Road and Old Seward Highway. Work also includes resurfacing the entire parking area, replacing signage, relocation of mailboxes, striping, and landscaping. Additive alternative 1 includes installation of a single concrete vaulted toilet.

The bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at the Division's Anchorage office, 550 W 7^th Avenue, Suite 1340, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3565.  The Department will assemble, open, and then publicly announce the timely-received bids at 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1340; Anchorage, AK 99501, at 2:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as practicable.

Bids may be held by the Division for a period of forty (40) calendar days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the contract.
