The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services, is soliciting proposals from an individual or agency to provide a licensed Community Substance Use Disorder Clinician (SUDC) to provide evidence-based Community Instensive Outpatient Program (CIOP) services in Anchorage community.  

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on May 18, 2023, at the address listed in the RFP.  It is the intent of the State to issue a contract for the provision of these services beginning on or about July 1, 2023, with optional renewal periods up to June 30, 2026.
