WORKERS' COMPENSATION BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: The Alaska Workers' Compensation Board will conduct a full board meeting on May 18-19, 2023. This meeting is open to the public and will begin at 9:00 am. This meeting will be held in person and by Zoom video conference.
The meeting will be held in person at the following location:

Hearing Room 208
Anchorage, Alaska
The agenda consists of the regular business of the Workers' Compensation Board and Division, consisting of but not limited to discussing issues pertaining to the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Act and approval of potential regulation changes. The Board will also conduct other business as necessary and useful.
Public comment will be taken from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM on May 18, 2023, and might be extended to accommodate those who arrive before 10:15 AM. If you cannot participate virtually, you may submit written comments before the meeting for consideration by the Board. The comments must be received by 5:00 pm on May 11, 2023.
