Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0640013/NFHWY00645, East College Road Resurfacing & Project No. 0640014/NFHWY00591, Northern Region ADA Improvements - Fairbanks: College Road, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, May 4, 2023, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

Project consists of resurfacing College Road between the Margaret/Antoinette and Old Steese Highway intersections including the College Road/Johansen Expressway Interchange on and off ramps. Project will include ADA and drainage improvements, pavement preservation, roadside hardware, and utilities. Project consists of reconstructing pedestrian facilities and adjacent areas on sections of College Road in Fairbanks.  Project includes drainage improvements.

Engineer's Estimate is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

The project completion date is October 15, 2023.
