The Alaska Department of Family and Community Services, Office of Children’s Services, is seeking letter of interest from qualified parties capable and interested in providing hosting and support for the SmartRMS software. The SmartRMS software is a 100% hosted web-based Random Moment Sampling (RMS) system through the proprietary vendor: Interactive Voice Applications.
