INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Glenn Hwy: Parks Hwy to S. Inner Springer Lp. (Phase II) Project Number 0A15037 / CFHWY00431 and Parks to S. Inner Springer Lp. Pathway (Phase II) Project Number 0A15038 / CFHWY00432 and Colleen Street Intersection and Frontage Road Project Number 0A15033 / CFHWY00006, will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 28, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract is comprised of three projects that will reconstruct the Glenn Highway from the Parks Highway to S. Inner Springer Loop as a four-lane divided highway with frontage roads and pathway. Project work incudes grading, drainage, paving, illumination, signalization, signing, and striping.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $40,000,000 and $50,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2025.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
