The Civil Rights Office invites you to participate in the upcoming public comment period of the Federal Aviation Administration Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2023-2025 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal Methodology.

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities proposes the following overall statewide Federal Aviation Administration FFY 2023-2025 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal of 9.53% race-neutral and 0.00% race-conscious statewide. You will find a copy of the Federal Aviation Administration Goal Methodology online at http://www.dot.state.ak.us/cvlrts/index.shtml

This public comment period is open from March 17, 2023 until April 17, 2023. All comments must be submitted in writing prior to the close of business (5:00pm Alaska Time) April 17, 2023.

Comments regarding the overall goal methodology may be submitted during the comment period via fax, mail, or e-mail and should follow the comment form on the Civil Rights Office webpage: http://www.dot.state.ak.us/cvlrts/index.shtml
