INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Juneau State Office Building Boiler Upgrades, Project Number SPFAC00431, will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 7, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will include repairs and upgrades to the existing heating plant at the Juneau State Office Building.  New installed work includes replacement of leaking sections of Boiler #1 and complete section replacement of Boiler #3, new burner installation, a new housekeeping pad, and all supportive work as required.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be March 29, 2024.
