The Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) within the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) intends to award two (2) term agreements to provide civil engineering and related services in support of ongoing maintenance, upkeep, and improvements at the airport.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated initial period for performance of the Agreements is approximately June 2023 to May 2025.  It is anticipated the initial agreements will be awarded for $3,000,000 each. 

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available March 14, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than April 4, 2023, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
