ADDENDUM 1 serves to increase the Not to Exceed amount under SEC 2.03, Contract Funding of the ITB and deletes the original ATTACHMENT 4, Bid Schedule in its entirety and replaces it with a new ATTACHMENT 4, Bid Schedule.

PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Forestry & Fire Protection, is soliciting bids for a Contractor to provide Network Innovations Iridium Unlimited Push-To-Talk Service to 30 Iridium handsets, and three Network Innovations iMatrix console units for the State of Alaska.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• The Iridium Push-To-Talk provider must be compatible with Network Innovations iMatrix series console.
• The Contractor must possess Network Innovations training and certification to provide Tier one support for the Network Innovations iMatrix series consoles in Alaska.
• The Contractor must be qualified to possess Network Innovations iMatrix training to integrate with VHF/UHF networks to ensure ongoing operation of state-owned equipment.
• The Contractor must be qualified to provide Network Innovations Tier two/three support.
• The Service offered must provide access to Network Innovations Portal and FI Control.
