The NASPO ValuePoint Request for Proposal (RFP) for RFP Laboratory Equipment and Supplies was released by the lead State of Idaho. RFP number is RFP20232032. All offeror proposals must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., MDT on June 30, 2023, the recently extended deadline. The resulting Master Agreement(s) will replace the current Laboratory Equipment and Supplies Master Agreements (MA16000234).
This RFP seeks qualified suppliers to provide a full-line catalog of laboratory equipment and supplies (Band 1), and seeks qualified suppliers to provide laboratory microscopes (band 2) for all Participating Entities.
The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, and institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to the approval of the individual chief procurement official and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.

The RFP deadline for submissions has been extended. Proposals must be received by 5:00PM Mountain Time (MDT), on June 30, 2023. Late proposals will not be accepted.
