The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute two Land Leases at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 104, Lot 3, containing approximately 27,500 square feet, and for Block 99, Lot 4, containing approximately 19,230 square feet. The file numbers are ADA-90941 and ADA-90942, and the applicant is Andrew Roe. The term of the lease for both lots are 55 years commencing June 1^st, 2023, through May 31^st, 2078. Annual rent for Block 104, Lot 3 is $3,300.00, and annual rent for Block 99, Lot 4 is $2,308.00 at the rate of $0.12 per square foot per year. 

Written comments or competing applications must be received by 5 p.m., February 25^th, 2023, after which the airport manager will determine whether or not to execute the leases.
