NOTICE OF MEETING

March 15-17, 2023

The ARMB Audit Committee will meet on Wednesday, March 15^th, at 9:00 a.m., to review and discuss GASB 68/75 reports, the FY2022 Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports, employer audits, compliance report, and other matters to properly come before the committee. 

The ARMB Defined Contribution Plan Committee will meet Wednesday, March 15^th, at 10:00 a.m. to review and discuss the Chief Pension Officer’s report, educational outreach, Empower update, FY 2024 Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) amount, managed accounts, defined contribution plans’ investment structural analysis, Treasury Division update and other matters to properly come before the committee. 

The ARMB Actuarial Committee will meet Wednesday, March 15^th, at 1:00 p.m., to discuss the recently announced Buck-Gallagher transaction, draft valuation results and projections, actuary review, and other matters to properly come before the committee. 

The ARMB Operations Committee will meet Wednesday, March 15^th, at 3:00 p.m. to review and discuss updates from the Treasury Division, consultant contract renewals, the 2024 ARMB meeting calendar, future trustee training opportunities, and other matters to properly come before the committee.

The ARMB Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, March 16^th and Friday, March 17^th beginning at 9:00 a.m. daily. The meeting will include presentations and reports on fund financials, actuarial valuations and review, performance measurement, investment reviews and action items, risk management, capital market assumptions, and other business to properly come before the trustees.

If you wish to testify during one of the meetings, please notify the ARMB Liaison Officer. Public comment may also be sent to the ARMB Liaison Officer via email for distribution to the ARMB Trustees.
