Amendment 4. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs has issued Amendment 4 for the subject RFP. This INFORMATIONAL ONLY amendment is being issued to answer a question by a potential offeror to change the language within the OFFEROR'S MINIMUM block within the cost proposal; change the probable need to submit more than one cost proposal should the minimum number of cadets differ per offered Category; and clarify if no minimum number for cadets is entered, then cost will be billed per cadet. Review the attached Amendment 4 for more information. 

Amendment 3. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs has issued Amendment 3 for the subject RFP. This MANDATORY RETURN amendment is being issued to answer a question by a potential offeror; to require submittal of the Revised Cost Proposal attached to the amendment; and to allow for the submittal of new technical proposal(s). 

Amendment 2. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs has issued Amendment 2 for the subject RFP. This MANDATORY RETURN amendment is being issued under the authority of 2 AAC 12.295 to correct apparent misunderstandings about cost to be entered on the Cost Proposal for RFP 230000012; to require submittal of the Revised Cost Proposal attached to the amendment; and to allow for submittal of new technical proposal(s). The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Alaska Military Youth Academy, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified contractors to provide vocational education for Cadet Work Experience in the vocational trades.

Deadline for Receipt of Proposals: The NEW Deadline for Receipt of Proposals submitted in response to this Amended RFP is 2:00pm prevailing Alaska Time on March 1, 2023. Information on submitting proposals can be found in the attached Amendment 3 to the RFP. Late proposals will be rejected.
