Juneau Douglas North Crossing Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study
The City and Borough of Juneau has partnered with the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities to study a possible transportation corridor to connect Juneau with the north end of Douglas Island using the Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) process. Based on comments received to date, the study team modified one alternative and extended the survey comment period to February 3, 2023. Please submit your comments by completing the online survey. This planning document may be adopted in a subsequent environmental review process in accordance with 23 USC 168 Integration of Planning and Environmental Review.
