INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for 1800 S. Knik Goose Bay Road Structures Removal, Project Number 0525016 / Z5246400000A, will be received before 2:00 p.m., February 1, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract includes the removal and disposal or salvage of all buildings, structures, and any other obstructions and improvements at 1800 S. Knik Goose Bay Road, located in Wasilla, Alaska.  This project includes hazardous materials handling.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be May 1, 2023.

A non-mandatory work site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023 at 10:00am at 1800 S.
