Informal Request for Proposals # FY23-006

The Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC) is seeking proposals to assist in the review and amendment of its existing governance policies, including the APFC Board of Trustees (Board) annual performance review process for the APFC Executive Director.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE: In order for offers to be considered responsive, offerors must meet these minimum prior experience requirements:

• Proposing Firm and assigned personnel must have specialized expertise in board governance practices of institutional investors, such as pension fund, endowment funds, or sovereign wealth funds.
• Proposing Firm and assigned personnel must have assisted the review or drafting of board governance policies in a similar type of organization to the APFC within the last two years.

An offeror’s failure to meet these minimum prior experience requirements will cause their proposal to be considered non-responsive and rejected.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 P.M., prevailing Alaska Time, on Monday, January 23, 2023, as outlined in the solicitation.
