The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute four Land Leases at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 99, Lots 11-14, each lot containing approximately 14,300 square feet. The file numbers are ADA-90935, ADA 90936, ADA -90937, ADA-90938, and the applicant is James E. Arpino. The term of the lease is 45 years commencing April 1st, 2023, through March 31st, 2068. Annual rent for each parcel of land is $1,716.00, at the rate of $0.12 per square foot per year. 

Written comments or competing applications must be received by 5 p.m., February 9th, 2023, after which the airport manager will determine whether or not to execute the leases.
