Notice of Final Finding & Decision

EV 3-330

The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has issued a Final Finding & Decision for Easement Vacation - EV 3-330.  This Final Finding & Decision compliments and confirms the Preliminary Decision (PD) for EV 3-330 approved on July 26, 2022.  The FFD is giving contingent approval to a petition to vacate the 50’ section line easements lying on each side of the section line common to section 16 and section 17, Township 14 North, Range 5 East, Copper River Meridian, Alaska. The EV 3-330 Preliminary Decision was publicly noticed from July 29, 2022, through August 29, 2022.
