SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE REGULATIONS OF THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD ON SEASONAL RESTAURANT OR EATING PLACE TOURISM LICENSE
ORAL HEARING
The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board proposes to adopt regulation changes in 3 AAC 304 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with restaurant or eating place tourism licenses including the following:
Section 310 is a new section added to 3 AAC 304 to implement 8 SLA 2022 (Sec. 170): seasonal restaurant or eating place tourism license.
Section 907, determining visitor population, would be a new section to 3 AAC 304 to implement a formula the board may use to issue seasonal restaurant or eating place tourism licenses.
Section 908, determining available seasonal restaurant or eating place licenses, would be a new section to 3 AAC 304 to implement a formula to determine availability of a new seasonal restaurant or eating place tourism license.
3 AAC 304.225; 304.715 would be amended to incorporate the seasonal restaurant or eating place tourism license.

The board has released this SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE to advise the public that the board will take oral testimony at an oral hearing on the proposed revisions.
