REEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS SECTION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING:  The Alaska Workers' Compensation Division will conduct public stakeholder meetings on February 13, 2023, March 13, 2023, and April 10, 2023. These meetings are open to the public and will begin at 9:00 am. The meetings are scheduled to last one hour but may be extended depending on turnout and participation. These meetings will be held in-person and by Zoom video conference.

The meetings will be held in person at the following location:

The purpose of these meetings are to discuss potential changes to the Alaska Workers’ Compensation regulations related to reemployment benefits, beginning with 8 AAC 45.400 – 45.500.

Public comment will be taken telephonically or in person. If you are unable to participate telephonically, you may submit written comments prior to the meeting. Written comments must be received no later than 5:00pm on the preceding Friday. Send written comments to:
