The Division will be sponsoring the following meeting to address the Preferred Drug List.

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee will meet Friday, January 20, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. Agendas are posted on the Health Care Services Preferred Drug List Program Overview website https://health.alaska.gov/dhcs/Pages/pdl/default.aspx

Any pharmaceutical manufacturer may submit unsolicited material related to the agenda items by utilizing the Clinical Submission form. Clinical Submissions will be accepted until January 6, 2023 at 4:00pm AK local time. Forms may be found at: https://health.alaska.gov/dhcs/Pages/pdl/download_pdl.aspx

Any member of the public, including health care professionals, may submit unsolicited material related to the agenda items, by utilizing the Clinical Submission form found at: https://health.alaska.gov/dhcs/Pages/pdl/download_pdl.aspx. A conflict of interest form must accompany any submission and can be found at:  https://health.alaska.gov/dhcs/Documents/pharmacy/forms/Alaska-Medicaid-Clinical-Coverage-Review-Request-Disclosure-Form.pdf.  Submissions should be received no later than January 18, 2023 to allow inclusion in the meeting.
