REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Sealed proposals for Adak Airport Maintenance Station Reskin Design-Build, Program Number 25RC013614, will be received before 4:00 p.m., January 18, 2023 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This state funded contract requires the Contractor to provide the necessary design and construction services to replace the existing roof, wall panels, and existing batt insulation with new insulated core metal panels as described in the contract documents at the Adak Airport Maintenance Station.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project Substantial Completion date will be August 30, 2024.
A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. Meet at the following address: 27044 Airport Road, Adak, AK 99546. Contact for the site visit is David Hepler at (907) 269-0815 a minimum of 48 hours in advance to sign up for the site visit. Bring driver license.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
