The IRFP was issued on November 17, 2022, seeking proposals from qualified offerors. Amendment 1 was issued on November 21, 2022, clarifying required prior experience language which was not consistent throughout the proposal. Just one proposal was received by the closing date and time, A Proposal Evaluation Committee met December 9, 2022, evaluated the singular proposal and determined it was satisfactory and in the best interest of the state to award the contract to RADACT
