The State of Alaska, Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM), Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Water is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals to provide technical assistance in the development and implementation of a performance-based approach (PBA) to applying the biotic ligand model in the development of site-specific water quality standards for copper.
