The Fairbanks Area Surface Transportation (FAST) Planning Project Enhancement Committee and Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee are combining efforts in a work session on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 1-3 PM. This will be a hybrid meeting.
