WORKERS' COMPENSATION BOARD
AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: The Alaska Workers' Compensation Board Meeting has been RESCHEDULED from January 12-13, 2023, to February 23, 2023. This meeting is open to the public and will begin at 9:00 am. This meeting will be held via Zoom video conference. There will be no in-person attendance for this meeting.
The agenda consists of the regular business of the Workers' Compensation Board and Division, consisting of but not limited to discussion of issues pertaining to the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Act, and approval of potential changes to regulations. The Board will also conduct other business as necessary and useful.
Public comment will be taken from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM on February 23, 2023 and might be extended to accommodate those on the call before 10:15 AM. If you are unable to participate telephonically, you may submit written comments prior to the meeting for consideration by the Board. The comments must be received no later than 5:00 pm on February 16, 2023. Send written comments to:
