INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for ANC North Terminal Circulation Finishes, Project Number CSAPT00933, will be received before 2:00 p.m., December 14, 2022 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project replaces and updates the existing floor and wall finishes within the existing passenger North Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.  This project also includes two (2) additive alternates. 

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000, and $1,000,000. The Project Substantial completion date will be May 1, 2023.

A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Those interested need to contact Jesse Campbell at jesse.campbell@alaska.gov or 907-266-2723 a minimum of 48 hours prior the meeting to register for the site visit.  Meet at the North Terminal Lobby near the chrome sculpture artwork. 

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
