The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received a Land Use Permit application from Savant Alaska, LLC (Savant) on November 18, 2022, requesting authorization for off road travel, ice construction, and associated activities on state land between the Canning and Colville Rivers. Activities will be in support of oil and gas operations using approved vehicles. This is a general permit, and individual activities will be reviewed and authorized on a case-by-case basis under this permit.

Please send comments to the Division by email to dog.permitting@alaska.gov, or by regular mail to the Division address above. All comments must be in writing. A copy of the final decision will be sent to any person who provides written comments. An eligible person affected by this decision may appeal or request the commissioner’s reconsideration in accordance with 11 AAC 02.
