The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) and City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) invite you to the second Public Open House for the Juneau Douglas North Crossing Planning and Environmental Linkages Study.
DOT&PF has partnered with CBJ to study a potential north crossing between Juneau and Douglas Island. To provide opportunities for public input and involvement the DOT&PF has chosen the Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) process to identify the purpose and need and to evaluate potential locations for a crossing.
Join us to learn more about the PEL study and progress to date, provide feedback on the preliminary crossing locations and initial screening criteria, and share your thoughts and concerns with the project team.
Open House meeting materials will be available on the website by December 9, 2022. Comments on the preliminary crossing locations and initial screening criteria are requested by January 20, 2023.
