The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Kodiak Readiness Center is seeking competitive proposals from qualified contractors to provide janitorial services at the Kodiak Readiness Center as specified in the attached RFQ.

Mandatory Site Inspection: A mandatory site inspection is scheduled for 9:30 A.M. Alaska Time on November 17th, 2022, to see the conditions under which the work described will be performed. Failure to attend the site inspection will preclude potential contractors from being able to perform the work in strict compliance with true intent and meaning of the terms, conditions, and specifications of this request. No secondary site visit will be offered. The site may be inspected during the only scheduled mandatory walk-through by contacting Jim Manco at (907)428-7170
