Offerors are encouraged to file an intent to participate with the Procurement Officer within 30 days of this RFP being issued to receive solicitation updates, amendments, and an invitation to the pre-proposal conference. The pre-proposal conference will be the week of November 28, 2022, actual date and time to be determined.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Alaska Time on January 24, 2023. Faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  If you received this solicitation from the State’s “Online Public Notice” web site, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed on this document to receive notification of subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
