Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2023 1000 0054 Exclusive Use Helicopter Services in Soldotna Area

ADDENDUM ONE
Addendum One serves to answer questions from vendors.

PURPOSE OF THE ITB
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Fire Protection, is soliciting bids for a qualified contractor to provide helicopter charter services, complete with qualified pilot(s) and mechanic(s), for fire management missions in the Soldotna, Alaska area.

The successful Contractor must provide one medium helicopter, with a fuel servicing vehicle, for the Soldotna Area, which meets the minimum general requirements outlined within the ITB.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS
Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on November 15, 2022.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
If you received this solicitation from the State's Online Public Notices website, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed to receive subsequent addendums. Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to shawn.olsen@alaska.gov. Failure to register with the Procurement Specialist listed may result in the rejection of your bid.
