Addendum 1:
Addendum 1 serves to change the RFP closing date from November 14, 2022, to November 21, 2022, at 2:00 PM Alaska Time and answer questions from vendors.

The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, is soliciting proposals for a qualified entity to obtain a concession contract to operate and manage the Kachemak Bay Temporary Public Use Structure Shelter Assembly and Services. A more detailed description including scope of work can be found in the RFP.

In order for offers to be considered responsive offerors must meet these minimum prior experience requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT 1: Previous experience operating small businesses, campgrounds or similar outdoor recreation facilities whether public or private.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT 2: Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of Alaska State Park campgrounds.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT 3: Demonstrated capacity (financial and staff capacity) to operate at a remote location.
