NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25232031 – ANC ATCT Replacement Parking Design Support Services

The Contractor shall provide professional services for a bid-ready set of Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E) to facilitate the replacement of the existing Charlie Apron GA aircraft tie-down spots that will be displaced by the replacement of the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT).  Services include Electrical Engineering; Hydraulic/Hydrologic Design, Analysis and Modeling; Environmental Activities; Engineer’s Design Report support; PFAS testing; Assistance During Bidding; Design Closeout Documentation; and Assistance During Construction.      

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately January 2023 to December 2026. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available October 11, 2022 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than November 1, 2022, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
