Alaska Public Offices Commission

Under the Open Meetings Act (AS 44.62.310), notice is given will be a special meeting of the Alaska Public Offices Commission on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 9:00 am.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider a request for expedited consideration of:

Complaint 22-01-CD, Alaska Public Interest Group, et al. v, Huber, et al.

The Commission will provide complainants fifteen minutes to provide argument after which, each respondent and APOC staff will be provided ten minutes apiece to provide argument. The Commission will then convene in executive session to deliberate.

Under 2AAC 50.880, if the Commission grants expedited consideration, a hearing on the complaint may immediately follow the hearing on the request to expedite.
