2022 Alaska Western Coastal Storm – Facilities Assessment & Design Services

The Contractor shall provide all necessary professional services including Architecture, Mechanical Electrical, and Structural, and Civil Engineering; Environmental, IBC Special Inspections and Hazardous Materials, for damage assessment and development of corrective action plan for State facilities impacted by flood and wind damage in various locations of Western Coast, Alaska.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately October 2022 to November 2022.  Cost of these professional services is less than $50,000 (for Initial Services), and shall not exceed $200,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than October 20, 2022 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
