INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for ANC North Terminal Ticket & Gate CUPPS, Project Number CSAPT00908, will be received before 2:00 p.m., November 2, 2022 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This State funded project at Anchorage International Airport consists of modifications to ticket and gate counters at the North Terminal including electrical, telecommunication, and systems to support installation of common use passenger processing systems (CUPPS).  This project also includes two (2) additive alternates.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be April 15, 2023.

A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Friday, October 14, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Those interested need contact Jesse Campbell at jesse.campbell@alaska.gov or 907-266-2723 a minimum of 24 hours prior the meeting to register for the site visit.  Meet at the North Terminal Lobby near the chrome sculpture artwork.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings.
