A pre-bid walk through is scheduled for Monday, October 17, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. meeting in the main entry lobby. The property is located at 2221 Eagan Ave, Fairbanks, AK 99701.

Bids must be received before 2:00 PM local time October 25, 2022, at the Email address listed in the bid documents.

The project completion date is December 31, 2022.
