MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING
September 21-22, 2022

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a regularly scheduled meeting on September 21-22, 2022, to consider its agenda covering marijuana establishment license applications, enforcement, and, if any, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it.

The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, and Thursday September 22, 2022. The meeting will be held in the Pike's Waterfront Lodge, 2nd Floor (Fireweed Conference Room) at 1850 Hoselton Rd, Fairbanks, AK 99709. Due to limited capacity and social distancing restrictions, please consider joining the meeting by Zoom.

The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting. The board will reserve a time period on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, for public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment. On regulations projects where written public comment was received in response to a Notice of Proposed Changes and during the opened public comment period, the board will review the written public comment but will not take oral public comments on the regulations project at this meeting.
