RICHARDSON HIGHWAY MP 206-233 PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL LINKAGES (PEL) STUDY

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) invites you to attend our online open house for the Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study, which covers the Richardson Highway corridor between milepost (MP) 206 and MP 233, located north of Paxson in interior Alaska.

The study team is seeking public input on the draft PEL study. DOT&PF prepared an online open house that presents the draft PEL study and showcases the potential solutions and recommendations for the corridor. The online open house will be available from September 2 – October 1, 2022. Planning products produced during this PEL study may be incorporated by reference during a subsequent environmental review process. The following executive orders apply:

The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by DOT&PF pursuant to 23

U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated November 3, 2017, and executed by FHWA and DOT&PF. Planning products may be adopted during a subsequent environmental review process.
