This subcommittee is tasked with identifying factors, including regulatory or statutory burdens that might discourage or prevent locally harvested and produced food from being purchased by federal, state, and local agencies, institutions, and schools.

Subcommittees are responsible for:

• Reading provided contextual resources in shared Google Drive.
• Adding additional resources to the shared Drive, as appropriate.
• Create recommendations for achieving Task Force Directives, including recommended administrative and statutory changes needed to accomplish recommendations.
