Applicant: Jim W. Cokeley. Annual rent: $4,434.12. Authorized uses: Non-aeronautical – Residential mobile home site for Lessee’s personal living quarters, the operation and maintenance of an auto repair business, general maintenance to include aircraft, boat, auto, and building.
Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., September 9, 2022, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
