The Department of Fish and Game, Division of Subsistence, is soliciting proposals from qualified offerors for a training on social network analysis. The goals of this project is to provide thorough and consistent training in the theory, methods, and data management procedures for research staff and data analysts.

Prior Experience:
In order for offers to be considered responsive offerors must meet these minimum prior experience requirements:
- The offeror must have experience conducting social network analysis for two (2) years within the last five (5) years.
- The offeror must be familiar with subsistence data and the socio-cultural facets of rural Alaskan communities. Provide examples.
An offeror's failure to meet these minimum prior experience requirements will cause their proposal to be considered non-responsive and rejected. An offerors failure to provide evidence of how they meet the above minimum requirements will result in their proposal being considered non-responsive and rejected.

Deadline for receipt of proposals:
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 pm prevailing Alaska Time on August 10, 2022. Late proposals or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.
