Reservation of Water Standard 10 – Year Review

Mandated under Alaska Statue AS 46.15.145 (f) and Alaska Administrative Code 11 AAC 93.147

Pursuant to 11 AAC 93.080 (7) notice is hereby given that one organization requested an extension of the comment period to a date 30 days beyond the original deadline.  The Alaska Department of Natural Resources has granted an extension until August 28, 2022, to allow additional time for persons to file written objections/comments.  Objections/comments must state the name and address of the objector/commenter, and any facts tending to show that rights of the objector/commenter or the public interest would be adversely affected by the reservation originally published on July 14, 2022.  Objections/comments of any nature, including those that might assist the Division in its determination of the public interest pursuant to AS 46.15.080 (b) or that may tend to show that the rights of any person or the public interest would be positively affected, must also be submitted in writing by email, fax (907-269-8904), or delivered to the Department of Natural Resources, 550 West 7th Avenue, Suite 1020, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 by August 28, 2022, before 5:00 PM to be considered.  Further information about this 10-Year review may be obtained from the Division by contacting Kimberly Sager at (907) 269-2033 or by email at kimberly.sager@alaska.gov.
