ADA-72424 Proposal to Extend State Airport Land Use at Gulkana Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the use of Item 15, consisting of approximately 195,600 square feet, at Gulkana Airport under Permit ADA-72424 for an additional 5 years, to expire July 1, 2027. Applicant: Alaska Department of Fish & Game. Annual rent: $720.00. Authorized uses: non-aeronautical – operation of a public shooting range. Range is operated by the Copper Basin Trap Club.

Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., August 29, 2022, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the Permit. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice and include their return address.
