NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25232006 – Twin Hills Airport Rehabilitation Design Services 

Contractor shall provide professional design services to complete a bid-ready set of plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E). Services are anticipated to include surveying and mapping to include an updated Airport Property Plan; environmental services; engineer’s design report (EDR); construction safety and phasing plan (CSPP); erosion and sediment control plan (ESCP); assistance during bidding; design closeout documentation; and assistance during construction.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately November 2022 to November 2025. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available July 22, 2022 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than August 15, 2022, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
