The State of Alaska, Department of Fish and Game, is soliciting for bids for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except sand for sidewalks) to clear snow from parking areas, parking lots, road surfaces, sidewalks, walkways and building steps/entrances at Fish and Game Regional Office Complex located at 1300 College Road in Fairbanks.
Bids must be received no later than 2pm, Alaska Time on August 5th. Late bids or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation
Prior Experience: Contractor is required to have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the past five (5) providing snow plowing services.
Potential bidders are encouraged to visit the work site so that they can see the conditions under which the work described in this ITB will be performed. The bidder's failure to visit the work site will in no way relieve the bidder of the responsibility of performing the work in strict compliance with the true intent and meaning of the terms, conditions and specifications of this ITB.
