ADDENDUM 1: Addendum 1 serves to answer questions from vendors.
PURPOSE: The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW) is soliciting proposals for a contractor to conduct planning and stakeholder outreach to produce; (1) a management plan for the Jonesville Public Use Area (JPUA); and (2) update the management plan for Matanuska Valley Moose Range (Moose Range) management plan. Both the JPUA and the Moose Range are legislatively designated areas. Since the JPUA lies within the Moose Range, the DNR envisions one public process and one document to address both areas.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: To be considered responsive, offerors must have a minimum of five years of experience in land management planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Offerors must disclose in their proposal how they meet the prior experience requirements. An offeror's failure to meet these minimum prior experience requirements will cause their proposal to be considered non-responsive and rejected.
